Have you coordinated with your roommate (if you have one), and is he or she bringing one? Even if they aren’t, it might be worth it to wait until the end of the first semester to purchase one.

If you’re looking to save money on a mini fridge, and don’t mind waiting a few months, buying one out of season can be a great decision. However, if you absolutely have to have one when you get to college, and are willing to spend a few more dollars to get it, it’s never a bad time to buy a table top fridge.
